This site was originally a textile dye & finishing plant operating from the late 1940s until mid-2007. The main plant was approximately 570,000 sf and the concrete pad remains. Demolished warehouse distribution facility located on upper portion has a remaining 150,000 sqft pad. It is estimated that approximately 1,000,000 sqft building could be developed on upper portion of property.

The property is served by rail with 1,000 linear feet of rail siding on site (Norfolk Southern). Potential site for inland port. The sites water treatment plant is grandfathered to pull 6.9 million gallons per day from Sycamore Creek and 10.8 million gallons per day from the Roanoke River.
